About Our Firm

One Vision, One Firm*

Where you find the best law professionals.*

Jorden Law Firm’s three principal's – Doug Jorden, Elizabeth Alongi, and Sandi Corn – have worked together for many years at a prior firm. Jorden Law Firm was created to retain these strong relationships and to continue to provide seamless service to the clients Doug, Elizabeth, and Sandi have represented over the years. Real estate, land use and zoning, Native American law, and environmental law have been and will continue to be the firm’s primary areas of focus.

Various complex and simple real estate matters, including the buying and selling of properties (vacant and developed), leasing, and financing will remain a firm priority. Land-use activities include involvement in master planning, zoning, variances and use permits, development agreements, building permit matters, design review issues, and various other entitlements and development approvals. Representation of a tribal entity/industrial park forms the cornerstone of the firm’s Native American law practice. The firm’s environmental practice is centered around work for a national waste management company.
